The cycle

A running cycle with mass conservation. Trickle rate from Conservation sets the discharge interval. Per discharge, N particles enter Construction; one cell survives selection (with M members crossing the Egress barrier); the rest recycle back to Conservation. Encounter holds multiple generations simultaneously, each completing eventually and dissolving into Conservation. The residence cascade 1 : φ : φ² : φ³ determines the volume in each regime at steady state.

POT · Capacitor
loads continuously, fires at threshold

CONSTRUCTION · Factory
particles → cells, one cell survives

ENCOUNTER · Reactor
slow drift, dwell at Drain side
cells → groups, groups interact

CONSERVATION · Homeostat
pool always present, trickles to Pot
